We are committed to making the return or exchange process as easy as possible for our customers. We offer free returns on all SH+ online purchases. Standard delivery charges will be refunded if the entire order is returned. Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery for all full price products, and within 7 days of delivery for outlet or promotional discount items. provided that the conditions specified below are met. We recommend that you check your order as soon as you receive it. In case of problems, contact customer support. We cannot accept return requests after 14 days of delivery. Conditions of return or exchange Items must be returned from the original shipping country. Items must be returned in original retail condition with tags still attached. Items must be returned in the original packaging to ensure they are not damaged in transit. Insert the transport document (DELIVERY NOTE/BOLLA) received with the order in the package. Returns will not be accepted for items which have been damaged, or used, altered or which, in SH+’s reasonable judgment, have allegedly been used. Returns that do not comply with the La SH+ return procedure will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. How to exchange an item If you wish to exchange any of the products contained in your order, our Customer Service will be happy to help you find an alternative. Follow the standard returns procedure to return any items you do not want to keep and place a new order to request replacement items. How to return To request a return, first check our return conditions above, and then: SH+ customers can make a request by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will be asked to specify which items you wish to return and the reasons for the return; you will then receive a confirmation email within 24 hours with an authorization number. Within 48 hours, our Customer Service will contact you to confirm the return authorization and will provide you with all the necessary instructions, including those relating to logistics. If a requested return does not meet our guidelines and conditions above, an email will be sent to you with a partial authorization or denial notice. Items to be returned must be shipped in their original condition; make sure they have the original labels attached and place them in the original SH+ box along with the included packing slip or receipt. Return Procedures Once we receive the returned items, we will take care to ensure a prompt refund. The maximum return processing time is 14 days, but the procedure is usually completed in a shorter time. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once we have processed the return and proceeded to credit the refund through the payment method you selected.
